Applied and Observational Clinical Educational Experience Intern

My internship was at Sanders-Brown Center on Aging which is UK's Alzheimer's research center. During this internship I performed a research project on subjective memory complaints among older adults, I administered neurospsychological testing to research participants, and shadowed neurologist Dr. Gregory Jicha. This internship allowed me to gain knowledge in both the research and clinical fields of medicine and helped prepare me for a future career in the medical field.
