Description
This summer, I interned with Together for Hope Appalachia, a rural development coalition focused on addressing poverty in Appalachia. For my work, I expanded healthcare resources for TFH Appalachia by researching healthcare disparities in certain areas, developing partnerships with organizations focused on Appalachian healthcare disparities, and even worked in free clinics to provide care to low-income individuals.
