Description
I was a research and marketing assistant for Orchid Properties LLC. this summer. My duties included finding new properties as well as advertising and maintaining current properties owned by the company. By the end of the summer, I was able to gain an understanding of the business model of how rental real estate operates as well as develop different financing strategies in the buying of real estate.
