Lobbying Intern

I spent my CentreTerm working as an intern at a lobbying/consultant firm in Frankfort, KY. During my in-person internship, I was able to attend (virtual) committee hearings, staff meetings, and meetings for various clients. These ranged from the Senate Standing Committee of the Judiciary to the Kentucky Equine Research Advisory committee. Additionally, I conducted research into a variety of issues and topics, including HBCUs and KCTC.
