Grissom Scholarship Program Intern/Intern

The Grissom Scholars Program was founded in 2014 to provide financial aid as well as a support system for a total of forty first-generation students on Centre's campus. The program is constantly growing, and I wanted to focus on establishing a network for staying in touch with one another. I also wanted to make it possible for younger scholars to be able to contact alum regarding career advice or any tips and tricks for their own Centre experience. Other responsibilities had to do with the upcoming year and ensuring we are prepped as a program. That involved getting personal information from scholars, planning semester schedules, and other smaller tasks.
