I worked under Senior Associate Director of Centre Athletics, Gina Nicoletti, with a goal towards learning how to functionally run and advise an athletic department. During my internship I learned a lot of managerial skills. Those skills being that ability to organize a budget for financial statements. And to be charismatic enough to convince people to join your organization.
